Where do I send legacy information or a recruitment recommendation?

Because campuses conduct recruitment at different times of the year, the National Office collects this information and passes it along to the collegiate chapter at recruitment time.  Complete a Legacy Introduction Form; include your name, chapter, the legacy’s name, her relationship to you and, of course, the school she will be attending, and email or mail the form back to the National Office.

Who is considered a legacy?

Legacies include sisters, daughters and granddaughters – as well as stepsisters, stepdaughters and step-granddaughters. To inform a chapter of a legacy, download the Legacy Introduction Form and return it to the National Office. Recruitment recommendations for women who are not legacies can also be submitted via a letter or email; please include your name and chapter as well as the potential new member’s name and school she will be attending and why you are making the recommendation.

How do I apply for a scholarship?

The Alpha Epsilon Phi Foundation awards scholarships each year for both undergraduates and graduate students.  Preference for undergraduate scholarships is given to juniors, seniors and graduate applicants must be entering at least the second year of their graduate studies. Applications are available online in January; the application deadline is April 1st.

I don’t receive Columns any longer – how can I get back on the circulation list?

Alumnae receive a one-year complimentary subscription following graduation. Subscriptions are available for only $5 per year; send a check along with your mailing address to the National Office. Foundation Annual Fund donors also receive a subscription; give now and get on the Columns mailing list.

Why don’t I receive communication from AEPhi any more?

Be sure to keep both your address and email address up to date with the National Office so you continue to hear the latest AEPhi news! Update your information now!
