Alpha Epsilon Phi chapter facilities are as unique as each campus on which they are located.  Chapter facilities include chapter houses, lodges, suites and residence hall floors. The one thing each facility shares is that they are a home for the chapter members…a place where they live, conduct chapter meetings, socialize, study and spend time with each other.

Chapter facilities are managed by individual house corporations. The scope of a corporation’s duties varies depending on the type of chapter facility, but includes the maintenance of the property and the contents.  The income needed to maintain facilities and pay for expenses such as property tax, insurance, repairs and remodeling comes from rent, parlor fees and building funds paid by the collegiate chapters and collegiate members.
