Sleep

College students getting sleep, that sounds like the end of a joke right!? We know! But a good night's sleep is so important your health and wellness. Sleep researchers have for a long time studied the benefits and challenges that come from an irregular sleep schedule, and it can be really scary stuff. Using the tools in this section, we hope that you can help establish a sleep budget and not allow yourself to shave hours off of that budget for your personal wellness and growth! 

We know that sleep increases our levels of happiness and to quote our wonderful Panhellenic sister, Elle Woods, "...happy people dont shoot their husbands!" Here's hoping that applies to not only husbands but all people - read up and get to bed!
