Adulting is stressful! We know that it can be hard to manage school, to-do lists, friendships, part-time jobs, sports, social events, AEPhi business, family, friends...AHHHH! Take a deep breath sister friend and use these tools to help manage those overwhelming nerves.
Stress and anxiety are very different animals. While they have similar characteristics they are different in a lot of ways. Use these tools to help manage either feeling. Remember, if you are really feeling overwhelmed, seek out help and advice from a professional on your campus or in your community.
